SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Hides should be salt/dried - We do not accept air dried hides. Do not send wet hides. UPS is preferred. Include your name, address, telephone number and special processing instructions. Upon completion, K & K will invoice showing all charges and shipping. Complete payment is required before shipment.

ACCEPTANCE AND WAIVER: Customer acknowledges that many factors beyond the control of K&K Tannery, LLC can affect the quality of a finished skin, and customer agrees that K&K Tannery, LLC cannot be held responsible and cannot guarantee the quality of the finished and treated product. All orders are submitted by Customer at Customer's risk as to any damage or loss, and Customer hereby waives any claim against K&K Tannery, LLC for any such damage or loss to the product submitted before or after treatment. 

Customer grants to K&K Tannery, LLC the right to sell or otherwise dispose of any material delivered to K&K Tannery, LLC which is not picked up within 3 months after completion of the order.
